What is ADO?A: Army Direct Ordering (ADO) is a USARCENT program that was established to provide sustainmentof clothing bag items (MPA: Military Personnel Appropriation) and Organization Clothing andIndividual Equipment (OCIE) to deployed Soldiers. Military and civilian personnel should avoid using personal funds to pay for Federal Government obligations. Personnel are reimbursed if the underlying expense was authorized or if there was an urgent and unforeseen public necessity and if the claim is legally payable. The contractor, Management Consulting & Research, Inc. Produced the U.S. Army OMA and MPA Cost Factors Handbook as part of this contract. This Handbook represents a useful approach to presenting and documenting cost factors. It describes this approach, discusses the applicability and limitations of the cost factors, and delineates the.

The MPA BA Custom Build system gives the shooter many options options to help design the Ultimate Long Range Precision Rifle. Just pick your action, caliber/chamber, barrel length and contour, trigger (pull weight) and cerakote customization (in color or pattern).

You can also add an optic and our MPA BA Mount to have the rifle “range” ready, including barrel brake in, zero and load development. We work with some of the best optic manufacturers in the world to enhance the performance of your rifle. These include optics from Kahles, Swarovski, Bushnell, Leupold, Nighforce, and Others and can offer some very healthy discounts on the cost of these optics.

For the load development option, we will discuss the specific objectives of the customer, including a variety of factors. The rifle will be delivered with 20 rounds, fine tuned to match your rifle, including a report showing brass type and prep methods, primer type, powder type and weight, projectile type and weight, plus projectile loading depth and ogive location.

We can also provide reloading tooling, scales, gages and accessories to perform your own reloading using the best equipment on the market.

If you want to have your action bedded, we can also include this in the build.
